Once payment is confirmed: Orders placed with a Standard Messages after 2pm EST. will ship out the following business day.  Orders placed with a Custom Message, Logo or Photo require 1 business day for set up and will ship the following business day.

The Inked Rose wants to ensure timely arrival of your roses, so our primary shipping method is UPS Next Day Air Saver. Local clients (Suffolk/ Nassau County, New York and New Jersey) may choose to select UPS Ground Service this is guaranteed day- definite one to five days and when shipped locally the package can reach the local destination within one to two days.
 
Personalization and Engraved Gifts: 
Order in advance, most orders ship out within 2-6 business days UPS Ground or USPS - if your order requires expediting call 631-482-1948.

Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, *.
•Do not type in all capitals or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear.
•We are unable to reproduce international characters.  Please enter only characters that appear on standard American keyboards.
•If you want a product personalized with an "s" or " 's" please enter it as part of your personalization.
•To order more than one item, clearly in the special instruction section label with the item name and personalization.
•If you are requesting multiple lines of engraving, please label each line (example: Line 1 John Line 2  7-15-2011).
•We personalize each gift with the font as it is pictured.
•If you would like a Monogram, please clearly specify "Monogram and provide the intials in this order:  First Name Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle Name Initial. We will NOT change the order of the initials submitted.
•The Inked Rose is not responsible for errors made by customers in the special instruction section regarding to personalization/engraving.
•If we are uncertain s to your intentions, we will contact your for clarification Before we process your order.
